Terms of Service

Welcome to REVYN. By accessing or using our platform (including our mobile application and website at revyn.ae), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UAE to use REVYN. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
3. Listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with UAE law. Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited. REVYN reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
4. Transactions
All payments are processed through Stripe. Buyer payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item or the 48-hour auto-release period expires. Sellers receive 100% of their listing price.
5. Disputes
Buyers may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery if an item does not match its description. Sellers have 72 hours to respond. REVYN may mediate and make final decisions on disputes.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not list counterfeit items, stolen goods, weapons, hazardous materials, or any items prohibited under UAE law. REVYN reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, address, payment details) and automatically generated data (device information, usage analytics, IP address).
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide our services, process transactions, communicate with you, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We share necessary information with Stripe (payments), Zajel Express (shipping), and our email provider (Resend) to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@revyn.ae.
