Information We Collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, address, payment details) and automatically generated data (device information, usage analytics, IP address).
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide our services, process transactions, communicate with you, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We share necessary information with Stripe (payments), our logistics partner (shipping), and our email provider (Resend) to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
AI & Automated Processing
We use artificial intelligence and automated processing to help you create and improve listings (such as generating descriptions and analysing photos), to personalise recommendations, and to detect fraud and prohibited content. The listing content and images you upload may be processed by these systems and by trusted AI service providers acting on our instructions — currently Google, through its Gemini models, which may involve transferring data outside the UAE. Where automated processing could significantly affect you, a human stays involved in the decision.
